Amanda is a functional dietitian that helps women heal their hormone, gut, and adrenal symptoms. Most of her clients come to her struggling with chronic fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, moodiness, poor metabolic function, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, PMS, and/or painful periods! They work together to figure out the root cause to why they are not feeling well through lab, hormone, gut, and cognitive testing. Based on their symptoms and results they work through nutrition and lifestyle protocols to help them start feeling like their best selves again!

Which Orion model do you use?
What benefits do you use your infrared sauna blanket for?
I mainly use my Orion for calming the nervous system, mitochondrial health, and thyroid support.
How do you use your Orion? What is your setup and routine like?
I like setting up my sauna blanket on my bed and soaking up all the heat about twice a week.

What’s a health hack/health routine you wish you could tell your younger self to start?
Wake up and get sunlight first thing in the morning, prioritize protein at breakfast (and every meal), carbs are the bodies fuel source (not the enemy), eat enough calories throughout the day that make your body feel good, reducing stress on the body is the key to healing everything, find body movement you LOVE and enjoy, ditch the blue lights at night and go to bed earlier (sleep is SO important), and never forget that YOU are the most important person in the world so make sure you make yourself a top priority!
