Which Orion model do you use?
In our family, we have two Orion Edge units, and an Orion Pro 300. I had to share the benefits of red light therapy with my parents!
What benefits do you use red light therapy for?
Reduction in joint inflammation (my mom with advanced arthritis has had amazing results with RLT), anti-aging, mitochondrial support and energy, enhanced sleep, and muscle recovery.
How do you use your Orion? What is your setup and routine like?
I enjoy and benefit greatly from using red light ad hoc when I notice joint stiffness or happen to have tissue injury. However, my absolute favorite is my morning routine which includes waking up and meditating while bathing in red light. The warmth, silence, and breath combination is absolutely next level in starting my day off right.
If you could only recommend one book to anyone, what would it be?
So hard to pick one! After the Ecstasy, the Laundry by Jack Kornfield
What’s a health hack/health routine you wish you could tell your younger self to start?
More is not always better. Be at ease and celebrate what you are and what you can do in this moment.
