Returns

The Embers Waffle Towel includes a 30-day return period. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial, which commences upon receipt of the product. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted. Towels can only be returned if they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, along with all the original documentation.
