Shipping Update

Things are a little backed up on our end with the high volume of orders and COVID-19 related delays, all Orion orders are estimated to take 4-5 weeks to process and ship out. 

Canada & USA Orders

The estimated delivery time for all Canada & USA orders is 5-7 weeks from the time of purchase. A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped out, in an estimated 4-5 weeks. Please refer to your tracking number for estimated shipping arrivals. The accuracy of shipping estimates are affected by carrier service delays. 

International Orders

Discounted International Parcel Air, International Parcel Surface, and Xpress International shipping available on all international orders.

Discounted rates will automatically be calculated at checkout.

International Taxes and Duties 

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes that aren't reflected in our prices. The recipient will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of your order, at full price, including free gifts with purchase, and discounted pricing. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Some countries may be assessed an additional handling fee for brokering these payments prior to delivery within that country.

Can I modify my order?

In order to prevent further delivery delays and errors, we are unable to make any modifications once your order has been placed. These modifications include but are not limited to cancellations, shipping, billing/payment, and/or item alterations. 

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Orion RLT) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
