Order Processing Time

Things are a little backed up on our end with the high volume of orders and COVID-19 related delays. Rest assured, we are working diligently to process and ship your order as soon as possible – all while caring for the health and safety of our team members.

All Orion 300, 500, 1000, Orion Pro 300, and Orion Edge orders will take an estimated 5 to 7 weeks to process and ship out. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Due to an unprecedented increased volume of shipments by our shipping carriers, you may experience a delay with delivery and availability of tracking details. Please refer to your tracking number for the estimated arrival of your order. The accuracy of delivery estimates is affected by the shipping carrier service delays. 

The carrier transit time will commence once your order has been processed and shipped out. Your carrier transit time was provided to you with the shipping option you selected at the time of your purchase.

Processing Time (5 to 7 weeks) + Carrier Transit Time = Total Estimated Delivery Time

International Taxes and Duties 

International orders are subject to customs duty fees and value added taxes that aren't reflected in the total cost of your order. The recipient will be responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of the order, at full price, including free gifts with purchase, and discounted pricing. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and therefore cannot alter this value. Please check with your local customs office for these fees. Some countries may be assessed an additional handling fee for brokering these payments prior to delivery within that country.

Can I modify my order?

In order to prevent further delivery delays and errors, we are unable to make any modifications once your order has been placed. These modifications include, but are not limited to, cancellations, shipping, billing/payment, and/or item alterations. 

Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender

If the package was not successfully delivered to the given shipping address due to causes such as: incorrect phone number, incorrect shipping address, the absence of the recipient, or the refusal of collection from the recipient, then the package will be returned to the sender (Orion RLT) at the customer’s expense. The expense may include any associated shipping costs to the package's recovery, and any customs duty fees and taxes the package may have incurred. The total amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
